For over 15 years, Libby has worked in the education and administration fields, giving her extensive experience in creating engaging professional development, program development and management, public speaking training, personnel supervision and evaluation, branding and promoting new programs, event organization, solution-oriented problem solving, and the building of efficient and effective teams.

As a senior consultant at Cascadia, she designs and facilitates organizational and team improvement initiatives and management, resulting in more efficient processes and procedures, increased individual and team performance, and organizational achievement of strategic goals. She has served the interim COO role for clients as they frame up or are in transition of this pivotal role.

For over 20 years, Elizabeth worked in the manufacturing industry, within the industry she worked primarily in Business Management, Human Resources, Accounting and Office Management  roles, giving her experience in organizational development, project and change management, compensation design and administration, benefit plan design and administration, recruitment and retention, safety programs, and training.

As a senior consultant at Cascadia, she collaborates with all levels of a company and their team members to establish, align and achieve strategic business goals.  Her strength is in business services supporting project management, organizational development, benefit design, compensation, safety, and training. Focusing on the development of goals and strategy to align with the Company mission and vision. Elizabeth supports clients on all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, screening, interviewing, development of HR policies as well as job descriptions. Elizabeth has also served as the interim HR Director for clients
